OUR PROCESS
0.1 Project Evaluation.
We come to you. You will be met onsite by owner/operator and builder Dominic. With 30 years in the industry Dom knows the right questions to ask and how to answer any questions you might have about the renovation process. Budget, finishes, inclusions and basic floor plan will be discussed. A thorough site measure will be conducted along with all project detail documented. From here a detailed structural quote will be issued within one working week.
0.2 The Design Process.

If you are not sure what that is, our in-house interior design service will work with you to develop a space that reflects your sense of self and style. We love what we do, and you will too.
0.3 Our Design Experience.
Our design service reflects our reputation. You can trust that we have done our due diligence in selecting only quality product to present to you, from leading industry suppliers, and all within the comfort of your own home. This ensures your selection experience is simple one. Our designer will view your home with you, to understand your requirements and project aspirations. Spatial planning, layout optimisation, lighting requirements and desired aesthetics are all taken into consideration. We also feature an impressive range of our in-house customised cabinetry solutions, a wide range of joinery inclusions and popular product, so you can be confident you are in the presence of the best the Australian market has to offer.
0.4 The details.
Design and construction are for the details, and we are meticulous about it. Once the design process is complete and any alterations to the original quote, if any, have been tended to, a selections document is issued, for your approval. This outlines all selected finishes and fixtures and gives you clear direction and peace of mind that the design brief has been met.
0.5 The details delivered.
Working drawings and a world class 3D render of project is presented for your perusal. Opportunity for adjustment is provided.
0.6 Site Check
A final onsite inspection is a pivotal part of the process. Structural and spatial measurements will be confirmed against the plans and an opportunity for you to discuss any of your project’s detail will be provided.
0.7 Construction commences.
We get things done. We pride ourselves on a meticulously clean job site and fast turn-around. All our tradesfolk are polite, professional and diligent. You can be sure that we care about delivering your project in a professional and timely manner.
0.8 Hand Over
The fun part. We take you through your new kitchen, bathroom, laundry and perhaps more! Handing over our projects is what keeps us doing what we do.
